Troubleshooting:

If you are experiencing no video or other video related issues, it is likely due to a problem with hardware acceleration in Adobe Flash Player.

We recommend that you disable hardware acceleration in Flash to see if this remedies any issues you may be experiencing.

1.  Right-click (or ctrl-click on a Mac) on the box where the video should be playing, and choose Settings.

2.  Ensure the Enable hardware acceleration box is unchecked.

3.  Click Close to save the settings.

4.  Refresh your browser window.
